the game is great it is better then i thought it would be. the layout of middle earth is good. the only problem is i can not figure out how to do 2 player. it has good graphics , fun levels, and it fallows the story line . it is worth the monny. all of the missions are fun. great lotr game

GOT IT FR MBA AND LOVE IT, CONROLS CONFUSING TO BEGIN, BUT U CAN CHANGE THEM. I USED THE UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT SPACE TO JUMP AND C TO ATTACK. DEFINITELY GET.

this game was ok, i much preferred lego star wars to this. i felt like for as many characters are in this game there are relatively few unique powers to go between them. was fun to play thru once, but i highly doubt i’d do it a second time. also found mordor to be a bit buggy.

For some reason, the input on my game is delayed by about half a second. It’s only on this game, and it may not seem like much, but when I’m trying to time jumps correctly it gets REALLY frustrating. I hope they come out with an update that fixes this technical issue that has caused me to play the game once and never again.

HATE the 3 dimensional diagonal angles you’re forced to follow while jumping/attacking…does anyone really have control when they’re jumping diagonally on a 3-d map?…don’t think so…forced errors..nope..didn’t work for me sorry..

THIS GAME WAS A GREAT PURCHASE. IT HAS GREAT GRAPHICS. AMAZING GAME PLAY.

This is an awesome game! The cutscenes are really funny, and using the actual voices from the movies really give a feel of realism. Each level has its own challenges for more experienced players, as well as easier things to do for the younger ones. Controls on a computer don’t seem to difficult if you set them up in a comfortable way. I use the arrow keys to move, Space to jump, and A, S, and D to switch characters, select weapons, and attack enemies. The only problem that comes up is that I can’t hide the game and return to the desktop while paused. The game just freezes an then I have to restart, which can get annoying. But that’s only a minor issue. Overall, the game is great. There are plenty of fun and interesting things to do and places to see on the huge open world, free roam map, where you can collect mithril bricks and all that stuff. This game never gets boring, even after the levels are complete! This is the best lego game that I’ve ever played, and definitely is “One Game to Rule them All”!

I find this game entertaining! I can easily loose an hour or two on here.They also use some humor on the story line, so it is entertaining in multiple ways.

This is probably the best LEGO game. It is hilarious, follows the storyline of The Lord of the Rings movies very well, and even has characters that are only in the books. If you dislike the keyboard controls, you can use a gamepad made for desktop games – or even an X-Box controller. The one thing that is kind of disappointing is that the DLC packs are nonexistent on this version, so you’d probably be better off with the console version (if that matters to you). This isn’t the fault of Feral Interactive as this is a port of the PC version which also doesn’t have DLC packs. So if you’re upset, go complain to TT Games. I hope this review was helpful.

I just bought this for my new Macbook Air on 10.11. It opens to a blank screen and I have to hard reboot to get back into my Mac. Hoping to get a refund.
